These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Guadalupe Provisions Co. LLC and the use of guadalupeprovisions.com. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
Guadalupe Provisions Co. LLC may cancel or refund an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being completed. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other information accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, garment-dye variations, or the handmade and made-to-order nature of certain products.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions before ordering.
Processing and shipping
Shirts and hats may be made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
At launch, orders are shipped only within the United States. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout.
Sticker-only orders may be mailed in a stamped envelope without tracking. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Guadalupe Provisions Co. LLC.
Free local pickup may be offered in the Bryan–College Station area. Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions when their order is ready. Orders should not be collected before a ready-for-pickup notice has been received.

Exchanges, damaged items, and incorrect orders
Eligible clothing items may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of delivery when they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or preference exchanges. Guadalupe Provisions Co. LLC will cover reasonable costs associated with an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery and should include a clear photograph of the problem.
Stickers are final sale unless they arrive damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused package, or unclaimed shipment may be the customer’s responsibility.
Website use and intellectual property
The Guadalupe Provisions name, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, written content, slogans, and other original materials displayed on this website belong to Guadalupe Provisions Co. LLC or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent information.
Privacy
Information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Website availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website, products, or services without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
